PRIMARY DASHBOARD: An easy-to-use primary dashboard gives you instant access to your inventory, quote manager, quote creation, customer manager, user account access, company branding, and your item tags and colors.

INVENTORY MIGRATION: Inventory migration assistant allows you to upload your entire product inventory to PDQE in the matter of seconds. Migration dashboard is accessible on web browsers as well as on the app itself.

CUSTOMER BUSINESS CARD SCANNER: Scan your customers business card into the PDQE customer directory to make data entry easy. Great when meeting customers at Expos and Trade Fairs and interactions are short.

CUSTOMER AND QUOTE RATINGS: 5-star ratings for all your customers and quotes to allow search priority. The higher the rating can signify the importance of a quote or customer, making them easier to find.

PRODUCT SEARCH: Search your inventory of items quickly using the PDQE search function to find products by name, description, sku or tag. Featured item status can be given to popular products that will display in first in the product search section.

SINGLE ITEM WORKSCREEN: Access and calculate item information quickly on one screen. Images, product dimensions, description, quantity-based volume information including custom packing options, variable pricing considerations, shipping container quantity defaults, metric to imperial switching and weight alerts for heavy container loads. “Hide price” option will conceal price in front of customer.

CUSTOM PDF QUOTES: Custom quote formats will populate attractive templates with your product information, company branding, salesperson information, default disclaimers, quote ID, quote validity and quote summary.

ATTACHMENTS: Attachments can be automatically included with every quote sent. These include a company overview pdf, salesperson business card image or head shot, and XLXS simplified spreadsheet of the quoted items.

TEAM MANAGER: PDQE has three defined user rolls. ADMIN can see all the company branding, salesperson customer and quote information and have total control over defaults. EDITOR has ability to enter in new items, company branding and inventory migration tools. SALESPERSON has access to their own library of customer and quotes and can create and send quotes to new customer.

DEFAULTS AND SETTINGS: ADMIN accounts have access to a set of defaults and settings across the platform. Configure default quote validity, upload company logo, contact information and address, write your company disclaimer that will embed beneath every progenerated quote PDF, compose default company quote email with customer and salespersons name inserted. SALESPERSON has ability to change email text and add personal notes to customers and quotes to follow later.

ITEM VARIABLES and PACKING OPTIONS: Add multiple custom price variables to each item, as well as packaging dimension, weight and price variables.
