The PentaQuest platform is a cloud-based service that lets you design your own gamification experience for your team or organisation.
The platform builds high performing teams through gamified activities such as professional development, project and work tasks, team challenges and more.

BE REWARDED
It lets employees access and log workplace log activities like professional development, collaboration, innovation, learning and training, and culture. Users receive points for themselves and their team/branch, can view their team’s activities and progress, and redeem rewards and further development opportunities. Activities are set up and customised by Admins.

POINTS SYSTEM AND DASHBOARDS
Users earn points on completion of activities that contribute to their Level, branch team points, fire points (FP) and redeemable points (RP).
Dashboards show an overview of individual points and hierarchy points earned on a leaderboard along with a feed on different events in the team.

REWARDS
Users can redeem different types of curated rewards using RP (Redeemable Points).

CONGRATAS
Users can also recognise someone for doing a particular behaviour or demonstrating company and development values.
