2) Membantu mempercepatkan proses pemantauan dan tindakan ke atas sebarang pelaporan kedamparan.
3) Berkongsi maklumat dan status semasa secara segera melalui perkongsian maklumat induk penyu, pendaratan, pengeraman telur dan penetasan anak penyu antara agensi / institusi
