Performance Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates Studio just off the Southwest Freeway near Greatwood serving Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, and surrounding areas. Our former studio was inside GTC Fitness in Greatwood. We hope you'll stop in and experience our beautiful new studio upstairs at 19875 Southwest Freeway, Suite 200. We offer private, one-on-one sessions as well as small group mat and equipment classes. Classically inspired, our equipment classes and private sessions utilize any combination of mat, reformer, cadillac tower, chairs, barrels and other small apparatus.
