The Persona.fit app supports self-direction and helps people and teams to develop themselves. The app offers insight into who you are, what you want to be and how others see you. Central to the app is giving and receiving feedback. By doing this in a safe and accessible way, you immediately start learning from each other and you are invited to reinforce yourself and the team. In the app you also monitor your own performance and work experience. The app is designed by a team of psychologists and datascientists from LTP Busines Psychologists.
