At Pet Plan, we’ll automatically notify your designated emergency caregiver if you don’t confirm you’re okay. Here’s how it works:

1. Download the app
2. Enter your pets details
3. Select your emergency caregiver
4. Schedule when you want us to check in with you through push notifications to make sure you’re okay. You can change these at any time or pause them completely

When you get a check-in request on your phone, tap it so we know you’re okay. If you don’t, we’ll alert your emergency caregiver that something may be wrong. We’ll also send them all the info they need to check-in on your pet until you can get back to them.
