Calendar synced to native phone calendar, to track clinical appointments and other events
Health trackers, including pulse rate and weight. These feed into graphs to track historic health data and can be printed out to bring to your clinical appointments
Goals section to set personal goals and timelines to accomplish these
Medical file to note your treatments and contacts, includes links to external resources
Motivational tips from people living with PH from around the globe
