What is it about?
Ph Inspector is used by landlords, property owners and property managers for inspecting their real estate properties. This app allows for on-site inspections and logs the condition of the property. Templates are used to guide the inspector through the property. For each room and item inspected, the inspector can record the condition, make notes, take pictures, create work orders for any repair/replacement needed. Work orders are assigned to the vendor with email/sms notification
