PhobiAR offers significant advantages to both therapists and clients with its augmented reality (AR) technology, providing solutions to the limitations of traditional exposure. The application can be used by mental health professionals in therapy sessions, as well as by clients outside the session as a part of home practices.
Individuals suffer from phobia should use the app under the supervision of a mental health professional.
