Phono allows Instagram users to share the music they love, see the music their friends love, and discover new music from other users. Phono works by allowing users to easily post their favorite Spotify tracks to Instagram with the album artwork and a special link available to include in the caption. Users can then browse the Phono app for songs posted to Instagram, and easily listen to any of the songs posted by other Instagram users. Phono transforms a user’s Instagram profile into a Spotify playlist, providing the perfect listening companion to the Instagram experience.

On iPhone, Phono makes it easy to share your Spotify tracks on Instagram. Pushing the Instagram icon for any track will post the album artwork to Instagram, and copy Artist/Title & link text to the clipboard.

On iPad, Phono makes it easy to listen to the Phono feed of songs, and play songs from your own profile and listening history.
