Using Phvizz images and details of each property you visit along with a record of the Agent, Services and Snags as well as local amenities can be created on your Smartphone or Tablet to allow you to not only review your visit after you have left the property but to ensure that you can show the finer details of each property with people you trust to help you make a decision on your property search and potential purchase.

Each property and its rooms can be viewed using a carousel and list format to provide you with different unique ways to recall your visits. The application also offers interaction with Google Maps to allow facilities and amenities to be displayed within a configurable radius of each and all of your property visits.

Whilst Phvizz is very much an image led way of documenting your property visits there are well structured, comprehensive features to allow you to document details of the property, all rooms and snags, dimensions, level and types of decoration, property services, agent details and provide a rating for each room as well as the property as a whole.

Each property record along with all its details is easy to edit, adjust and embellish through additional images or updated details with localisation and regional subtleties accounted for in terms of terminology and address related data input.

The application contains a set of ‘coach notes’ for each aspect of Phvizz which are displayed when invoking each functional aspect for the first time as well as an example property to demonstrate how by using Phvizz to document your visits will help in ease of recollection of the details when making the decision of your property purchase or rental.

It is important to note that before photographing a property you are viewing and before having an offer accepted you should seek approval from the agent or vendor. Phvizz does not interact with any social media sites and therefore the sharing of images is at the discretion or the applications user and not as a result of using Phvizz.
