Reedemption Points can be used as credits which u have gained on Pi score shopping


Open the app and enter your destination in the box. Once you confirm your pickup and destination addresses are correct, select Pi transit Taxi at the bottom of your screen. Then tap Confirm Pi transit Taxi.

Once you’ve been matched, you’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details

While observing the current situation, I realized that all of these weaknesses could be solved by simplifying the user flow for some basic actions;

The main user flow should be:
*Confirming pickup location Choosing destination
*A choice between Riding Now
*Choosing the type of vehicle (alongside with prices)
*Confirming method of payment, applying coupons, choosing account profile
*Driver information while the ride is on its way
******You'll be automatically charged through your payment method on file, so you can exit your Pi transit as soon as you arrive..

Remember to rate your driver at the end of the ride.
