Piatto – Italian for “plate” – Achieve your diet goals with more than a calorie counter; Track the portions of food you eat. Features goal setting, calorie counting, food diary and exercise tracking. Plus, hundreds of real food photos to help you see how much you are eating (portion control) so you can make better food choices. Achieve or maintain your weight goal with Piatto.
Piatto Features:
•Set your goals. Enter your meal habits and goal weight information, so Piatto can help you track progress.
•Add foods. Track your food choices by selecting the foods you eat at each meal.
•Change portions. Swipe food photos with your finger to rotate between portion sizes. You’ll see the difference between small, medium and large portions.
•Erase with your finger. In modify mode, use your finger to erase what you don’t eat.
•Track daily activity. Add your walk or gym visit, then watch the main dashboard to see how activity relates to daily food choices.
•Review daily choices. Along with the main dashboard, use Report or Log to check progress and look for patterns that help you stay focused on your goal.
