What is it about?
Piccolo Driver is an application that allows taxi drivers to receive system information from the dispatch server, as well as accept trip offers while they are temporarily away from their vehicle. This application is designed to compliment the Piccolo taxi dispatch system; drivers which are logged on to the dispatch system can continue to interact with dispatch functions while away from their taxi. Drivers continuously receive zone broadcast information including queue positions, line up by zones, trips waiting, and trip attributes. Trip offers are delivered directly to the application, allowing drivers to accept or reject the trip in accordance to the dispatcher rules of the company.
