It's time for piClipboard - The Intelligent Clipboard!
piClipboard is an iOS business application intended to automate common business use cases typically associated with a clipboard. There are three (3) key features:
• Requisitions management
• Checklists management
• Todo lists management
A requisition refers to the process of formally requesting a service or item, typically using a requisition form. The requisition process is a standardized way of keeping track of and accounting for all requisitions made within an organization.
Checklist is a type of job aid designed to reduce failure by compensating for potential limits of human memory and attention. It helps to ensure consistency and completeness in carrying out a task.
Recurring ToDo list is a list of tasks that individuals or team members of an organization need to complete on a daily basis. It is a great tool to organize, prioritize and track daily activities in your organization.
piClipboard proactively monitors your requisitions, scheduled checklists and todo lists to ensure that nothing falls thru the cracks. Alerts and emails are sent to remind and ensure that your tasks are on track.
piClipboard is designed to scale from single to multi outlets.
