The doctor chat service is open every day of the year between 7:00–23:00.

The paediatrician chat is open on working days between 8:00–22:00 and at weekends between 8:00–18:00. You can chat with a paediatrician without an appointment.

Nurses are available via night chat between 23:00–7:00. The nurses can consult doctors.

The Worry in Mind line is open on weekdays 8:00–18:00. The service helps with both small and big mental health problems.
