Pilates Haus in St Johns specializes in reformer, tower, chair, mat, aerial Pilates & stand up paddleboard Pilates. We offer group classes (in studio and online), privates and duets. We also offer Pilates Teacher Training. Our goal is to provide an inviting and nurturing environment with inspired certified Pilates instructors whose passion is to help clients transform their health, fitness and well-being through the use of a contemporary and classic Pilates Method techniques. Regardless of age, level of fitness and individual goals, our mission is to empower people to reshape, re-educate, rehabilitate and rediscover the strength, freedom and vitality inside every body.
