Pilihjasa Expert

What is it about?

Pilihjasa Expert is the access for Experts to manage and organize their role as Expert in the platform to serve Users. Expert is provided with the capability to conduct service as consultant based on booking by the user, organize Session where they can meet multiple users or wider audience in a webinar format and also listing courses that they want to publish to the users. Those services can be provided in free mode depending on their preference and also rule set by Pilihjasa Admin. After login as Expert, it will direct them to the dashboard page which the Expert can see their performance such as response rate, total chat, unread message, earnings, schedule etc. In the front page they will be able to access their listings, working hours, profile info, setting, chat, booking and post. The Expert can view manage their availability to provide consultation on day, week and month basis. Expert can post listings which consisted of category and type of consultation, detail and description of the Expert and consultation services that they provide and the image they want to show to users. Expert can set his working hours on daily basis, and the Users can view the schedule to know the availability. Expert can also set the duration of the consultation they provide. Expert can manage profile information, i.e. first name and last name, legal name, phone number and description about his credentials. Expert can also have scheduling access through Google Calendar or other calendar. It also provide language preference and the access to the expert platform can be accessed through several options such as mobile or desktop. It also provides the options to receive notification, i.e. e mail, phone etc. An Expert will be provided with the access to create post to social media.
