About PillTime

PillTime is an NHS online pharmacy that takes care of all of your prescription medication. We organise your medication into pouches and deliver them to your door, for free.

Do you occasionally miss, or forget your medication? A PillTime pouch makes it easy, helping you to reduce errors and improve adherence. No need for lots of fiddly boxes or time arranging dosette boxes.

PillTime make taking your multiple medications simple. Our convenient pouches show your dose along with the date and time it should be taken. You’ll receive a roll of pouches for your medication cycle and each one can be detached separately. They are easy to carry with you in your purse or pocket or stored in the box at home. They are all made from biodegradable material that is easy to tear open.

As a registered NHS pharmacy, PillTime provides your prescription medication on behalf of the NHS, just like any other community pharmacy and we do not charge any extra fees for our services such as pouching or delivery.

At PillTime our mission is to help people live healthier, happier, longer lives by making medication simple. This, in turn, reduces pressure on vital NHS services.

How it works

Signing up to PillTime is simple. In just three steps, you’ll have your regular prescriptions in handy pouches, delivered to your door for free.

1. Sign up - Simply sign up with our online form and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Request your prescription - As you have signed up to PillTime, when you request your prescription from your GP, it will come to us (instead of your usual pharmacy) so we can sort your medication into pouches
3. Leave it to us - We’ll do the rest and deliver your PillTime pouches (along with any other medication that doesn’t need pouching) to your door for free before you need them
