The Eticket significantly increases the accuracy of the billing process in addition to creating efficiencies in the billing cycle. When utilizing the Eticket application a pilot can view, in real time, on their phone, the total jobs and revenues completed for the day, week or month.

The Eticket significantly increases the accuracy of the billing process in addition to creating efficiencies in the billing cycle. When utilizing the Eticket application a pilot can view, in real time, on their phone, the total jobs and revenues completed for the day, week or month.
Eticket processing can increase accuracy and efficiencies through use of drop-down menus, a ship data base, and removal of the manual process of handwriting tickets, sending them snail mail, then scanning the ticket to attach for invoicing. Working with Harbor Pilots for almost three decades and seeing significant delays in collections on invoices and inaccuracies in the billing process we saw a need to streamlines the process. When handwriting tickets, sending them snail mail to get processed, it could be over a month before you find out that one number on the ticket was incorrect.
The Eticket significantly decreases, if not eliminates, rebilling for inaccuracies and the time taken to research accurate ship information. We have compiled a data base of Vessels from accumulated Ship Particulars. Over the years, we have found inaccuracies in LLYODS and other data bases. Our database is compiled from ship particulars. All organizations using the Eticket application will benefit from the addition of a vessel. As the number of users increases, the database will accumulate for the benefit of all users at no additional cost.
The Eticket will be customized for your organization, knowing all Harbor Pilots use different calculations for their units and billing. Your organization’s calculated units, harbor rates and disclosures will be specific to your organization or you as an individual.
The information from the electronic ticket will be accessible to you or your organization’s billing department for review, edit, download or submission. Each pilot can search and retrieve previously prepared tickets to tract to invoicing. With 30 years of billing and collection experience, we have a team that can prepare the invoices and provide billing/collection services for your organization or support your billing department for servicing. The ability of information on the Eticket to be imported into accounting software, such as Quickbooks, for invoicing,.streamlines the billing process producing efficiencies and more accurate billing.
Do you work with Tug Boat companies such as Sandy Hook or Moran and are required to remit tug boat tickets? In addition to the ETicket for billing of your services we have available a Tug Boat Eticket. Transitioning the paper form of the Tug Boat Ticket to an electronic version transitions your entire process to a paperless process.
