Hey Fashionistas! Welcome to Pink Willow Boutique! I'm Hayley, the owner of Pink Willow, located in Northern California. I'm married and have two boys, one who is an amazing baseball player, and one who is a talented little horse back rider. I have been working in the fashion industry for 20 years! I LOVE every aspect of it. I graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2003, and owned my very first store at the young age of 23. I have since re-branded and joined the online retail world. Pink Willow was established online in 2015, and opened a beautiful store front in Chico CA, in October of 2018.
