Plantd accounts on signup have access to the entire app and are free forever with no advertising ever. Free Accounts have the following restrictions:
- Maximum of 5 plants.
- Can edit plant details but cannot delete plants or checkins.
- Submitting suggestions to the plant list disabled.
- Access to new features and the Plantd forum restricted.

Plantd offers a yearly auto-renewing subscription, Sprout Premium, that you may purchase via an In-App Purchase*, it has the following features:
- Contribute new or updated species, genus and cultivars to the list of plants.
- Add, edit, remove unlimited plants.
- Access to all new features forever.
- Access to Plantd forums.

*Cancel subscription any time. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period by going to your Apple/iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to Apple/iTunes Account. Any unused portion of free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancelled memberships remain active to your renewal date. You can resubscribe at any time by going to your Apple/iTunes Account Settings.
