Every participant can see the place, time and other participants of the event. Event organizer can easily assemble the team and let them know all the information.
PlayIt helps you find the hiking team for you weekend trip to mountains. PlayIt helps you gather your football team for your next football match. It can be used for different kind of sports. You can find the team searching for someone to join them, or you can create your own game and ask other to join you.
PlayIt allows you to invite your friends who will easily install the app and join the event.
If your are the organizer of the event, you can set the event to Public or Private and thus allow or prevent, others, unknown participant to join your game.
You can organize your events to appear weekly on you schedule.

In case the event is cancelled or locked for future participant applications, the event participants are informed.
In case someone new joins the team for the event, the organizer is informed."
