Breathing Practices include four guided methods. Abdominal breathing lowers tension by directing air into the lower lungs and activating natural relaxation. Steady rhythmic breathing aligns inner rhythm through equal cycles and short pauses, helping the mind slow down. Expansive breathing creates a sense of openness, filling chest and stomach with air before gently releasing heaviness. Releasing breathing uses quick inhales and long exhales to let go of irritation and stress. Each exercise comes with step-by-step instructions, suggested timing, and situations when the practice is most useful.
Daily Tasks transform exercises into habits.
