This app is specially designed for powerlifters who want to automate their workouts. The user chooses the days of the week to train and adds the exercises – for example, bench press, flyes or rows. Each week, the application automatically generates a training session for the chosen days, using the defined exercises. Once configured, the program runs on its own.

One of the key features is the Auto Load mode. It automatically adjusts the load: one week with more weight, another with more repetitions. This system allows for smooth progression, with integrated charging and discharging phases. No need to recalculate anything, the application handles everything for you.

The app also tracks “load sum” – the total weight lifted during the session. This way you can see if you lifted more or less than the previous week, in percentage or in kilos. This gives a clear vision of your progress and a real source of motivation.

Another advantage: the workouts are automatically copied from one week to the next. The exercises remain the same, but the loads and repetitions adapt according to the settings. No need to recreate everything every time – you can focus on what matters most: training seriously and progressing.
