Pop's Upkeep is a new breed of property services, our offerings allow property management companies to streamline communication with tenants through our easy to use interface.

Tenants are able to submit work requests which are reviewed by property management staff. Property managers have the ability to approve or decline a request with the click of a button.

Once a request is approved a series of automated workflows schedule an appointment with tenants, a dashboard with details of the appointment is displayed in a calendar view, and photo documentation is linked to each job after our techs have completed the work request.

Property managers have the ability to notify tenants of building specific matters with the click of a button, filter work request history by tenant, building, repair type, and date.
