Dean is a former national medallist in swimming and surf lifesaving.

He is a qualified and practicing Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach, A Wim Hof method instructor, and a world-famous Bondi Lifeguard. His 20 years of experience coaching both kids and adults.

Dean has always had an interest in the breath, being an asthmatic child, and managing that through swimming training first and later diet and Yoga. Dean has a strong awareness around the benefits of improving diet, hydration and nutrition, mindset and goal setting, mobility and movement and of his personal favorite the breath, which people are quickly able to connect with their own mind and bodies improving the way they deal with stress.

Dean's career as a Lifeguard, literally rescuing people and bringing them back to life with the power of the breath means he has a unique and special skill set and understands the stress placed on people in dangerous and difficult times the physiological responses they are experiencing.. assisting people and saving lives is a unique learning environment life where there is functionality with his intense hypoxic training. His vast experience of achieving personal goals and working towards a better self allows him to approach his clients with humility, understanding, and work towards best possible individual outcomes.

Functional Breathing is a game changer for those with training their mental health fitness! (we all should -I do)
understanding CO2 tolerance and how that helps us deal with stress.
learning that all stress isn't bad and that hormetic stress is what has helped humans grow and elove over millions of years.

The PRC course is free of charge and includes posture and breathwork tools.
The Power of the Breath course is a 7 part course which covers the foundations of breathwork.

The download of Power of the Breath is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Power of the Breath app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
