How do you BUY ELECTRICITY on the App?
Easy and Simple!
For Prepaid users;
Click on Buy Electricity from the home page.
Add new meter/choose from saved meters
Select meter type as Prepaid.
Input your meter number.
Choose your state of residence.
Enter the amount.
Select your preferred payment option.

For Postpaid users;
Click on buy electricity from the home page.
Add new meter/choose from saved meters
Select meter type as Postpaid.
Select payment type as electricity bill
Input your account number
Choose your state of residence.
Enter the amount.
Select your preferred payment option.
Other payment types for postpaid users include: Penalty Bills, Reconnections Bills, Loss of Revenue, and other bills.

How do you make Payment on the App?

Powerplug Service Charge: There is a processing fee of ₦100 charged only when you buy electricity.

Buy for someone: This allows you to buy electricity for a third party.
You will be prompted to enter their Phone number and email so they can get the token and receipt directly from us.
