The Pediatric Quality of Life and Evaluation of Symptoms Technology is designed for you to easily access your patients reports. We hope this will be a helpful tool in tracking patient reported symptoms and facilitating symptoms management.

This app is specially designed for providers to view the reports generated for a patient, when patient answers any survey using patient app/web application.

• How it works
1. Log in with proper credentials (provider's username and password)
2. User will see the dashboard with assigned patient list.
3. Click on patient card,generated patient reports will be shown in the report dashboard
4. To review the report, just click on it.
