It’s hard to understand an experience you’ve never had. But what if you could change your perspective? What if you could experience a day in the life of someone different than yourself?

We give employees the opportunity to take on different backgrounds and identities in which they experience incidents of bias themself or as a bystander. They then decide how they want to respond and get to practice showing up as a conscious and inclusive leader. These immersive experiences build empathy, reduce bias, and create sustained behavior change.
