Preloved Nation offers a free preloved classifieds marketplace for selling or gifting with on-demand affordable delivery, secure online payments (for deliveries) and an integrated rewards program. Our professional delivery team can transport any preloved item and we provide optional services such as breakup and assembly, disconnection and reconnection and packaging.

Users are verified by phone and email and can only interact with each other logged in. Our built-in messaging service lets users connect and ask questions. After any interaction, each user can rate the interaction, creating a sense of accountability and ensuring people correspond in a courteous way. The user rating is displayed, and positive engagement rewarded through our integrated rewards program, called A Token of Appreciation. Every time a person uses our delivery service, they receive a cashback of 5% in the form of Tokens, to be used on their next delivery. Every user also has a unique link to refer their family and friends and receives tokens for sharing the love.

A BIG part of Preloved Nation is our Preloved GIFT IT initiative. Here people can gift a preloved item, have it picked up from the giver and delivered to the recipient. We encourage users to write a special note to the recipient to make their day.
