What is it about?
The my Journey mobile application is multi-pronged, and has four main functions. The application provides PrEP adherence support in the form of pill taking reminders, clinic visit reminders and linkage to care and support for anyone who has initiated on PrEP. There is also a knowledge building and gamification aspect that adds an element of interest and fun to PrEP users. The app will also be used as a method of data collection, whereby all the activities performed by users on the app will be monitored, evaluated and stored.
