This is a popular playing card game, "President" for iPhone/iPad.
President is called also scum, hoop, kings, capitalism, caps, warlords and scumbags, scumbag, janitor, asshole(arsehole), rich man poor man, kings and assholes/arseholes, man of the house, landlord, rich man poor man, hierarchy.
This app gives you a real match of "President" for iPhone/iPad.
You can play the game with from 3 to 5 players of 3 grade levels. And this app has some special rules.

Here is.

-Go Low
You play "8" and can invert the order of card rank until the end of round.

-Bomb
You can finish the round with single "2" regardless of the number of cards previously played.

-Larger Sets Win
Larger sets of cards(even if their rank is lower than previous cards' rank) win smaller those.

-Equal Play Skips
If you play a card of the same rank with the previous, you can skip the next player's turn.

-Runs
If you play the card stronger than the previous by a single rank(ex. the "A" after "K"), you can call "runs" and the followers only can repeat rising a degree until the end of round.

-Revolution
The quadruple of the same rank reverse the order of the rank. It continues till the revolution is made once again.
