Talatis are an integral part of the Panchayati Raj system of governance in the villages in India. They play an important role in the Gram Panchayat for the developmental and the conventional work done in the villages.

Owing to the rapid developmental work happening throughout the country, including villages and rural areas, the need for an efficient system has been felt, to make things more efficient and organised.

While punch in & punch out application fetching the current user's location to check whether user is in the geofence boundary or not.

Any officer of the higher hierarchy can see the attendance marked by the talati, along with their photo, geolocation and their date and time of reporting.
