This application was made with the goal of helping drivers locate the cheapest petrol station around the area using geo-location on user phone. The rising price of petrol is affecting everyone in the community across the nation. The cost of petrol reached a record high level in Ireland at over 2 euros per litre.

The fact that most drivers are concerned about the rising petrol and diesel cost. Especially for drivers that commute a long distance to work, or college daily and yet have the fund to upgrade their vehicle to electric or are able to use public transport, due to poor transportation planning in the country.

This application wanted to help drivers reduce the cost of refuelling their cars or refuel smarter by avoiding petrol stations that gouging the price and creating a community that helps each other in this unprecedented time.

The structure of this application will be based on users reporting the current prices of the petrol station across the city for other users. Users around the area can locate the cheapest petrol station. The core of this application is based on the community's willingness to share information and notify other drivers where the cheaper petrol station is Near them, a community that helps each other always stronger.
