Prime Child Care Check In

Prime Check In is a full featured, stand alone app that allows you to manage and track clock events for students and employees. Parents can check students in/out, or students can be given access to check in/out themselves. With PCI, the facility can manage all of their parents, students, and staff rosters including photos which can be uploaded to the system or taken with the device camera right from the app. Check in/out verification is accomplished through individual pin codes, or fast passes Additionally, any standard magnetic card reader or RFID reader may be used with the app for quicker and easier check-ins.

Student head count is tracked in real time, and an emergency checklist can be generated with a single tap. PCI also comes with attendance reports for students and clock time reports for employees. All reports can be printed or emailed from the app as well.
