1- Start 10 Challenge: ten days of short workouts + tasks that will get you off the couch in just 10 days.

2- Pack 10 2.0: 20 workouts of only 10 minutes using the HIIT methodology.

3- Healthy in 30: a complete habit-changing program in just 30 days. You will receive daily audio tips to change your habits, along with a meal plan and a task completion chart to help you change your habits. Plus, access to the workout platform and the Pack 10 (available in Portuguese only).

The download of Prime Workout is free of charge. Should you use Prime Workout app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:

Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
