ProCorder synchronizes with the calendar you choose, so you can select which events or meetings to record, one time or on recurring basis. You can also create rules that automatically select matching calendar events for automatic voice recordings. ProCorder discretely notifies you of upcoming events. Notifications, start time and finish time can all be customized by you. Optionally, you can configure ProCorder to send you daily notifications and help you plan ahead daily recording sessions.

2. Automated and ad-hoc phone call recording

ProCorder is capable of recording incoming and outgoing phone calls, ad-hoc and automated schedule based. All phone call recordings are performed without disruption to the call or to participating parties.

3. Professional archive and search

Recordings are professionally stored both locally on your phone and on your ProCorder cloud account in an easy to browse library where they can be organized and played back. You can also transfer files to your other personal means of archive.

4. Transcribe and share

ProCorder allows you to transcribe recordings and then share both audio and a transcription in a secure and convenient way via cloud. You remain in control of the shared content and can disable shared links any time.

5. Organize and edit

ProCorder is great at organizing recordings as well. Create new folders, choose ahead what folder to use for a recording, assign folders automatically via rules. You can also edit description and related attributes of recorded events including transcription.

6. Data Security and Privacy

With ProCorder, all your information remains safe and secure. Recordings are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Recordings are secured using location data and digital watermarking in order to avoid tempering and in order to allow for verification of their authenticity.
