App Store Description

You can't improve what you can't measure. Progress Tracker holds yourself accountable while you work towards your personal goals in the gym, with your body weight or just about anything else that you want to keep track of.

Track your personal bests in any discipline and get motivated by seeing your progress on a beautifully animated chart.

Track as many things as you like, and add entries whenever you feel like it. Totally down-to-earth and distraction-free, because we're all busy!

This App won't bug you with constant reminders or overwhelm you with suggesting 20.000 things you should track. Start simple and track a single thing, then expand to as many things as you like.

Here are a few ideas you could track:

* Maximum weights and repetition counts in the gym
* Your progress on body weight
* Your biceps circumference (my personal favourite!!!)
* The ours of sleep you get per day
* Number of hours worked on a project per day
* Anything that has a value and a unit

Now's your turn, what do you want to track and improve on?
