What is it about?
Welcome to AusHSI data collection. This app asks questions about your quality of life. It will take less than one minute of your time to compete the survey. The app will generate reminders once a week on a Saturday morning for three months. We thank you for taking part in the study. The EQ-5D-5L is used here with permission from EuroQoL group.
