What Does Promba-App Do?
Promba-App is built for real-world card game players who physically play the Promba game and want a smart, efficient, and organized way to log scores, monitor game progress, and evaluate player performance over time. While the game itself is played with physical cards, Promba-App manages the scoring process, identifies clean and dirty Prombas, analyzes team performance, ranks players based on their individual contributions, and enables group-based tracking so players can see their standing among friends.

What is Promba?
Promba is a four-player, team-based card game where two players form each team and compete to reach 3000 points by collecting Prombas—special card sequences. A Clean Promba is a pure sequence without jokers or wildcards, while a Dirty Promba includes jokers or improperly placed 2s. Scoring varies based on the type of Promba and whether the trump suit (maal) is involved: Clean Promba earns 200 points, Dirty Promba 100 points, Clean Promba with maal 500 points, Dirty Promba with maal 300 points, and a full sequence from 2 to Ace scores 500 or 1000 points depending on whether it is a non-maal or maal sequence. Promba-App allows users to log these scoring variations accurately, ensuring transparency and fairness in rankings.
