Buyer puts up a request, and agents work hard to source for the ideal properties serving buyer’s
needs. PropertyGrabber is conceived and designed by property buyers. The objectives are to
save the precious times of buyers and have the peace of minds they do not miss out on any
good deal. Gone were the days where a buyer needs to spend countless hours browsing
multiple online portals, newspaper classified ads, verifying listing details, calling agents, etc.
Now buyer just needs to post a Request by specifying the preferred property type, location,
desired number of bedrooms, budget, etc. and sit back. This request will be broadcasted to real
estate agents in the system across all property agencies in Singapore. Agents with suitable
units will respond to the post. Buyer & agents can also follow up through private chat right within
the App itself. Only upon being satisfied with the service standard of the agent, the buyer can
arrange to have a call and/or meeting with the agent.
The App empowers buyers to control how and when to engage with an agent. More
importantly, it allows a buyer to focus on the right property matching their needs.
