Prose Daily Planner

Prose Daily Planner is an easy calendar solution for individuals, couples, or families wishing to collaborate! "P" is for Plans, which allows sub-tasks like steps, supplies, and headcount. Perfect for planning events, home renovations, or school projects. "R" is for Repeating, for your recurring tasks. You may set typical frequencies (e.g. daily, weekly, etc.) or irregular ones like "every other month on the 3rd Saturday." Choose to be notified, or not, for a given series all while tracking completions in the history. "O" is for Other (or One-time) events like attending a party, helping someone move, or notes without a date. Color-coding and filtering helps keep track of it all. "S" is for Shopping, because getting things done will often require resources. Include your own weblinks for your preferred store shortcuts. Easily revive items from your archive to buy them again (like your weekly groceries).

For soloists using a single device, you may enjoy the features above without a subscription. In this free mode, the app does not require an internet connection (very useful when traveling). To unlock the AI Planner and/or to start sharing with a group, you can choose from two subscription tiers. Your allocated group members can then join your sharing group without additional costs to them. Sharing is highly customizable to maintain individual privacy and to keep lists concise. For example, say you share a plan for "Family Vacation" yet everyone wants to pack different things for the trip. Each member has the ability to create their own private list of "steps" or "supplies" tied to the shared plan. When an item is shared, you can cherry-pick which group members see it, keeping everyone's list lean and relevant. You can even set the edit rights. Try it out!
