Description - Pro-Support App is to give several facilities to our customer who are enrolled with our program. In this app the major three options are to specify their problem to us whom resolution is requested i.e.
Live chat- our three departments Billing, Customer Support and Technical is available here to give the resolution.
• Ticket Management – Here one can raise a ticket specifying their issue which will be assigned to the appropriate department who will be responsible to take care about it.
• Click to call – Through this option the customer can make call to our toll-free number where the representative will transfer the call to the concern department for live assistance.
This app contains the option to view my account details which describes subscription date, service subscribed, payment information and security code which is stored inside our database as provided by the customer.
The option for to change their details such as email id, phone number, password etc is given through which customer can generate request to update the details into the master database.
The support log is stored on the server accessible from customer phone through which they may view the previous requests and the resolution as well as the complete chat history.
The optimization option is here to make clean the memory dumps as well as the garbage files to make the phone more efficient.
Help and support option contains all the legal details associated with the uses of app as well as the service support provided via this app.
