Starting with our layout, no more mundane and ordinary views, we've crafted a beautiful, simple and modern UI to make sure the one thing that the only thing that is burning are your muscles after a workout, and not your eyes.

PRYM allows you to delve into details, like never before, by analysing each exercise you log, whether it be deadlift, squats, bench press or even bicep curls, you can view and get into the specifics of each exercise and see where you can improve and how much you have improved.

We've integrated charts of all kinds, that are easy to read and represent your workout information in a minimal and modern means. We calculate and account for total volume per workout and also for each exercise. We provide this information so you can take your training to the next level and get into YOUR PRYM physique.

PRYM also includes a Strength Goal Tracker, where you can log your current weight, target weight and the timescale you wish to achieve the target weight by. And we give you a breakdown of how much you should increase per week, to achieve the goal! Helping you get stronger and better! You can also track and log your PRs (Personal Records) as well as ORM (One Rep Max). We can give you a breakdown of how many reps you should perform based off your One Rep Max so you never feel lost as to how much you should lift! Save time with PRYM!

PRYM has also integrated a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timer for you absolute warriors who do cardio. A simplistic, minimal HIIT that we are sure you will love.

Your workouts are stored on our database, which means, you never have to worry about losing your data. Plus, we don't clog your device with tons of information!

PRYM works on a subscription basis. We do not deal with refunds or cancellation. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
