Create an account, schedule pick ups, select cleaning preferences, designate pick up locations, enter payment detail and track orders, all from the convenience of the Pure Laundry App. Contact the Pure Care Team, in-app, for assistance. Pure keeps things simple for you and now, you can do your laundry from the palm of your hand.

How It Works:
1. Create an Account through one of the following ways - on the Pure Laundry App, at www.PureLaundryCompany.com, text/call 678.298.8002 or email us at WeCare@PureLaundryCompany.com.
2. Schedule a pick up during your account creation. Pure will send pick up reminders to ensure you leave your Pure Bags out by 8:00 am of your scheduled pick up day. The Pure Team will pick up between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm on your scheduled day.
3. Receive your Free Pure Welcome Kit containing all your laundry bags the day following your account creation, and these are the laundry bags that you will load with your garments and place in your designated pick up location.
4. Sit back and relax. Leave the rest to Pure. Just watch for your status updates, 1 business day after pick up, that your laundry is all clean and has been delivered, during our daily 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm delivery window.
