Warrior Challenge - Give yourself the ultimate test. Choose from 1 min, 3 min and 4 min challenges to see how many push ups you can perform in the allotted time. Record your score at the end of challenge for future reference.

Push Up Of The Day - Want to go through a grueling workout every day? Choose the difficulty level and spin the wheel to get a new and challenging pushup to do. You can even record your repititions to your profile.

Workouts - Choose from a long list of challenging push up workouts. Some are for time some are for reps but all will challenge you like never before. Record your reps and time for future reference.

Your Profile - Add for name and photo. Keep track of monthly, weekly and all time records. See your last 5 days of activity. As you become a bigger, better and badder warrior your belt color will change.
