Qantum is the ideal tool for complete management of the car repair process, from acceptance to final delivery of the vehicle, designed to increase the speed and efficiency of the body shop work.

SPEED
Qantum allows the user to swiftly enter the vehicle details. The integrated scanner automatically reads the VIN (Chassis Number) and car registration plate. Photos taken with smartphones and tablets are instantly archived by the App. Managing repair work formalities has never been so quick and easy!

CONTROL
Once the spot-welding operations have been completed, the data can be viewed using graphs and analysed, the web App helps the person in charge of the body shop to assess the quality of the work being performed, wherever he may be!

COMPLETENESS
The App allows users to attach multiple photos before, during and after the work, to provide complete control over all operations and ease of reporting activities to be provided to the interested parties, such as customers and insurance companies.

COMPATIBILITY
The Telwin Inverspotter Wave spot welders, equipped with a WiFi* module, are compatible with Qantum. Spot welding data are sent to the Cloud platform, divided per vehicle and linked to the repair work formalities.

REPORTING
On completing the formalities, the dossier on the repair work can be produced, along with photos, documents attached during the repair work and graphic representations of the data collected during the spot-welding activity.
