QBO Customer Connect is a powerful and adaptive app that allows you to provide your customers an e-commerce type of environment where they can purchase products or services native in your Quick Books Online account to generate an invoice or sales receipt so ACH payment can be collected. QBO product service data and customer data is pulled into the mobile app, but the business owner only needs to manage orders, inventory and customer data in their Quick Books Online account, no other system to manage. The mobile app also provides a powerful marketing/rewards platform to engage customers with special offers and redemption of offers. The app is extremely flexible per business model.
