Qerja's vision is to improve satisfaction level of Indonesian employees of their workplace. This satisfaction level closely related to happiness of employees as an individual.

Qerja has a database containing vast amount of information of both salaries information dan company reviews about workplace from accurate source, employees of the respective companies.

According to the principle and spirit of community, we don't charge any fee to all Qerja users. To get full access of all Qerja's features, we just need your contribution to write either company review or salary information of your present company or your previous companies.

At Qerja, we respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously, therefore all information submitted by users will be anonymous.
